This website is operated by UrbanAesthetix. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to UrbanAesthetix. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Print-on-Demand Nature & Accuracy

Custom Production: You acknowledge that UrbanAesthetix operates on a Print-on-Demand model. Each product is manufactured specifically for your order.
Color Variations: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical print.
Sizing: Please refer to our size charts before ordering. Since products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for sizing errors made by the customer.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics partners, weather, or public holidays.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
