Return & Refund Policy

At UrbanAesthetix, every piece of apparel is printed-on-demand specifically for you. This means we don't keep a pre-printed inventory, which allows us to offer unique designs but also means we have a strict return policy.

1. Replacements for Damaged or Wrong Items

We offer a 100% Free Replacement if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., torn fabric, hole).

• There is a clear printing error (e.g., wrong design, faded or blurred print).

• You receive the wrong size, color, or product than what you ordered.

How to Claim:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please email us at support@urbanaesthetix.com with your Order ID.

• Mandatory: Attach clear photos and a short unboxing video showing the defect or the wrong item.

2. No Returns for Sizing Issues

Since each item is custom-made to order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues.

• We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. Please review it carefully before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

3. No Returns for "Change of Mind"

Because we print specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, don't like the design in person, or no longer need the item.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement.

• Once an order is sent to our printing partner (Qikink), it cannot be cancelled as the production process begins immediately.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

• If a replacement is not available for a defective item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

• COD Orders: Refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer.

6. Undelivered / Returned to Origin (RTO)

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send it back to you.
