Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing UrbanAesthetix! We are committed to delivering your unique apparel as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since our products are printed-on-demand specifically for you, please review our shipping terms below:

1. Processing & Production Time

  • Every order is custom-printed once it is placed.

  • It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for our printing partner (Qikink) to print, quality check, and pack your order before it is handed over to our courier partners.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of ₹60.00 for delivery across India.

  • Free Shipping: (Optional: If you plan to offer this later, you can mention: "Free shipping is available on orders above ₹[Your Amount]")

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Areas/North-East India: 7 to 10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a Tracking ID.

  • You can track your package directly through the link provided to see the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer COD services for most pin codes in India.

  • Please ensure you are available at the provided address to receive the package and make the payment to the delivery agent.

6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee will be applicable to send the package again.

7. Damage During Transit

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact us immediately at [Your Email Address].
