Return Policy Overview
We offer a 3-day return window. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Return Process

2. Returns should be sent to the following address:

3. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it thoroughly. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item (following the return process) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no justification required. Items must remain unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
